Complained Federal government officials intentionally added innocent
people names on terrorist fly watch list/lists, and request for removal innocent
people names from the list/lists, dated August 1, 2008. It delivered to the United States Senator Barbara Boxer San
Francisco office by FedEx on August 4, 2008.
Dear Senator Boxer,
Thanks for your response with guidance of the Federal handle complaint
procedure, regard to my name added to the United States Federal government
terrorist fly watch list.
There are
several serious major reason I file my complaint, such as the United States
government leaders/officials’ responsibilities and liabilities to Americans
regard homeland security, Federal government officials and contractors badly
violated the United States Constitution and Federal legislative laws.
It
was on March 15, 2008, I traveled from San Diego to San Francisco with my three
adult children, automatic check-in machines checked in all our luggues, these
machines issued boarding passes to my three children, but it did not issue my
boarding pass. We called for airline personnel for assistance. She came took my
driver license and itinerary and left. She then returned with my boarding pass.
I did not think
much about it, but recently I found from CNN, it broadcasted the CNN reporter
Drew Griffin name on the United States Federal terrorist fly watch list among
over million names. Mr. Griffin travels a lot for his services, and about last
three years airport security called him out and went through greater security
search/investigation before let him fly.
The
serious issues of my complaint is not about one time airline automatic check in
machine did not issue my fly boarding pass, but about the following:
1.Mr. Griffin
and many other innocent people are being treat like suspect terrorists again and
again every time we fly.
2. Increase
terrorist activities in our country and abroad, because airport security
personnel spent time and attention on innocent people let terrorists achieve
their goals.
3. Taxpayer
dollars paid for Federal government’s employees intentional felony crimes and
negligence.
4. I do not
know in depth about Mr. Griffin activities in regard to how he conduct his job,
but what reason or reason for Federal government agencies did not remove his
name from terrorist fly watch list after the first or first few times they
called him out because he name on the terrorist fly watch list, but spent
taxpayer dollars pay for security personnel checked him for last over three
years? If Mr. Griffin is terrorist, why law enforcement have not arrest and
press charge him?
5.
Some of the United States government leaders and high-ranking
officials and federal employees intentionally added my name to the
terrorist fly watch list for the following reasons:
a. They
discriminated me because I my genuine fully God identity and capacity services
as the Third Person of the Holy Trinity within my fully human nature, that
revealed throughout the Bible, specified in Genesis 1:26-26, Gospel of John
chapters 14, 15, 16, and throughout the Book of Revelation.
b. I
filed civil complaint in the United States District Court against President Bush
decision of invaded Iraq before he deployed soldiers to Iraq.
c.
They fear of lose their power (control) of Americans and foreign government
leaders, that result from my natural services to them, result real peace,
justice, healing, and good economic to American people and global public. They
attempted murder me, put my name on terrorist fly watch list so that they have
reason for illegally intercepted four funds nearly three hundred millions
dollars from telex transfer in transit. After they illegally seized my money,
converted my legal right to my money to their agencies/officials control and
hide my money, for purposes of prevent me use my money as tool for natural
services to benefit American and global public.
I
request for your and the United States Senate proactive immediate services for
the following:
1.Remove
innocent/pure innocent people names from so-call United States
Homeland/TSA/Airline terrorist fly watch list.
2. Remove the
United States government and its contractors and their employees’ authority of
controlling my four funds, reverse full legal right of theses funds and
interests back to me, that protected in the United States Constitution
and Federal laws, and for these funds quickly transfer to my nominated bank
accounts with my bank in State of California, USA.
3. Hold
accountable and discipline all people who added innocent people name on the
terrorist fly watch list and illegally intercepted my four funds and withhold
them for over five years.

serious felony crimes evidences relate more details of my complaint.
