Dear Senator McCain,

                People either lacked understanding or did not do their math before they bought houses; they listened to realtors and lenders and purchased houses without down payments, paying interest payments only for a certain numbers of years. When the housing values went down or they got laid off, their houses were foreclosed. Frankly, these people were paying very high rents to lenders for their homes, which in turn benefited the lenders’ executive officers.

          There are also some people who acted irresponsible, and there are people who wanted other people to pay for their debts; they did not pay for their loans, such as credit cards, and this led to banks charging those who are responsible and pay their bills to make up for the irresponsible people’s debts.

          Bank executive officers are at fault for the current financial crisis; irresponsible government authorities protected banks and hurt responsible Americans! It is essential for the United States Congress to appoint a Commission to conduct investigations to locate areas where bankers caused the current financial crisis and the recession that is at the United States of America’s doorstep. The Commission must pass new laws, and seriously enforce laws currently in the books and future laws to prevent this from happening again in the future.

          Domestic and International areas also contributed to the economic crisis, such as President George Walker Bush and the White House’s periodical “Secret Administration Subpoenas to SWIFT Corporation” after September 11, 2001. This allowed CIA operatives and contractors to intercepted my three funds totaling of two hundred thirty-six million and six hundred thousand dollars ($236,600,000.00) from a telex transfer in transit and bank in foreign country. They demanded an anti-terrorist certificate and drug clearance money laundering certificate and VAT charges, but after I provided these genuine certificates to them and paid VAT charges in full, they committed more federal and international crimes of hid my monies elsewhere and gave me all sorts of lies.

          These three funds were either intercepted from transfer in transit or U.S government authorities worked with banks and lawyers illegally removed my balance of my account from foreign country and hide it from me. (The first fund they intercepted from me was in April 2003. The second fund was intercepted on August 30, 2004, and the fourth fund was intercepted when they, without authority, closed my account and transferred the balance elsewhere.)

          Regarding the third fund — federal and international crimes were committed by United States government authorities, International Finance Corporation’s employee, Gilles Galludec, and New York law firm Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. lawyer, Jessica S. Parise Esq.

            The main issue that caused our country’s financial crisis and recession being at our global doorstep is the Security and Exchange Commission protecting banks and bank executive officers! The Security and Exchange Commission’s employees protecting banks is a serious federal and international financial crime, and innocents’ complaints have been ignored. The Security and Exchange Commission gave banks permission to ignore crime victims’ complaints as well.

          Lenders officers have full responsibility to qualify borrowers. If they do not carefully qualify borrowers, and borrowers do not pay their loan payments, lenders officers share liability with borrowers. Each and all parties share responsibility and liability for the result of their actions, not American taxpayers.

           The United States Congress, White House, Justice Department, Security and Exchange Commission, Federal Bureau of Investigation, banks and local authorities have full responsibility to act immediately on all complaints with open minds, conducting investigations without modification, and they must inform victims throughout the process of the investigations. Once reasonable crime evidence has been obtained, government authorities have a duty to bring justice to victims, and victims must be compensated for their loss and suffering.

          For over five years, I pointed out various domestic and International financial crimes committed by federal government officials, contractors, and bankers to government officials of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Spain for them to make corrections to prevent the global financial crisis. But all of them ignored the contents of my correspondence, and their non-action led to the United States current financial crisis! If the United States high-ranking officials do not solve the current financial crisis correctly, the financial crisis will continue and economic recession will arrive.

              I know there are some good federal officials who really wanted to solve these problems, but they lacked understanding of the large picture regarding the result of their plans. This forced my fully God Spirit to close up the sky so that no rain can fall from the sky and water will turn to blood until they repent of their thinking and actions that badly harm God’s ongoing creation of the spiritual earth and human souls.

          My fully God nature is recorded throughout the Bible, especially the first chapter of Genesis, the Gospel of John, and throughout the Book of Revelations. I did not come in the world for my benefit. I came in the world for the benefit of the human race, and currently my fully God Spirit with my human self reside in the United States for the benefit of              Americans. But by intercepting my four funds of nearly three hundred million dollars and hiding them from my fully human reach, the United States government’s high-ranking leaders are fighting against the One who sent me and against my natural services. The result is badly hurting American people and the public throughout the world. If they received me and obeyed my fully God Spirit Father’s warnings that I delivered to them, the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack would not have happened, over four thousand American troops would not have died in Iraq, and billions of taxpayers would not be wasted in Iraq!

          As an innocent United States citizen and victim of federal and international crimes, and as the heiress of the sole owner of the earth and human race, I suggest the United States government high-ranking leaders create a Commission to conduct thorough investigations. Throughout the investigation, the Commission must order records of the following to be turned over to the Commission: banks, financial companies, Security and Exchange Commission, White House, CIA, FBI, United Congress members, Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P law firm in New York, and other companies and agencies involved in intercepting funds being transferred from foreign countries to the United States and funds not credited to beneficiaries’ accounts.

1. The United States Congress must pass laws to fully overhaul the United States financial institutions operation systems, and government authorities must conduct fairness investigations of all complaints, and must press charges and convict all criminals who abuse power and cause loss to customers and the American public.

2. The United States Congress must pass laws requiring companies, organizations, and agencies to pay in full for damages they caused to others first from their assets and insurance, and then if there are not enough funds, let taxpayers vote whether or not bailout with taxpayers dollars should pay for difference.

3. Federal and state laws must be immediately enforced upon those committing crimes.

4. All people individuals and organizations injured by the above mentioned companies, organizations, and agencies must receive full payment for loss and suffering caused by them.

5. The United States Federal government’s high-ranking leaders and Congress must order CIA operatives and contractors who intercepted telex transfer funds to return them to the funds genuine beneficiaries/owners, as well as paying in full interest and damages to crime victims.

6. The United States Federal government high-ranking leaders and congress must order International Finance Corporation and its employee, Gilles Galludec, Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. and its employee Jessica S. Parise Esq turn over records of the US$200,000,000.00 owned by me, Mariette Do-Nguyen. The United States Federal government authorities must return the funds to me, the crime victim and funds’ genuine legal owner, as well as pay in full interest for the funds since January 15, 2006.  

                    7. Government authorities and corporations’ employees
          who committed financial crimes must pay for damages they
          cause to victims.

          I guaranteed to you and all people on earth, the United States will not solve its financial debts and all serious problems that its government leaders and American people encountered for many decades until they accept my teachings, that came from the one who sent me, Master and sole Owner of the universe and all planets, including the earth, the human race, and everything above, below and on earth!
